In this role, you will be the technical point of contact for end-users. You will combine problem-solving skills with meticulous administrative follow-up to ensure the continuity of our systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support & Management: Daily management of the IT network and the registration/follow-up of calls and incidents using internal tools.

• Troubleshooting: Identifying and analyzing hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.

• Service Level Management: Adhering to SLAs with both internal and external clients.

• Documentation: Creating technical documentation for IT colleagues and staying current with IT evolutions.

• Hardware Interventions: Performing physical maintenance and interventions on desktops and laptops.

We are looking for an analytical team player who can work independently and is solution-driven.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 (+ Authenticator/Teams), Intune, SCCM, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).

• Soft Skills: Stress-resistant, customer-focused, and a high degree of accuracy.

• Languages: Proficient in English, Dutch, and French.
