• Incident Management: Manage support tickets according to ITIL processes and strict SLAs.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues across various platforms.

• Emergency Leadership: Take the lead during critical incidents, acting as a reliable expert in radio and network technology.

• Service Improvement: Proactively identify recurring issues to enhance long-term service quality.

• Shift System: 24/7 rotation (including 2 to 3 night shifts every 14 days).

• Location: 100% on-site in Brussels City Center (remote work is not permitted).

• Strict Requirements: ITIL V3 or V4 certified and proven experience working in a shift-based regime.

• Languages: Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (Trilingual).
