In this position, you are responsible for operational continuity at a large, high-tech sports complex. You are the primary point of contact for hardware and connectivity, interfacing directly with both operational teams and sports management.
Your Responsibilities:
On-site Support: Provide 1st and 2nd line support to ensure daily IT operations run flawlessly.
Hardware & Deployment: Prepare laptops and manage the full deployment of devices for new and existing employees.
Field Interventions: Perform physical interventions on-site, including basic network management and localized troubleshooting.
Stakeholder Management: Deliver high-quality service to managers and sports directors who rely on fast, efficient solutions.
