As a recruiter at Randstad Digital, you will be looking for the ideal candidates to join our talent chapters. You enthuse both employees and freelancers for our projects, which means that you get a lot of responsibilities within this challenging job.
- The right candidates do not come out of the blue, so a large part of your time is spent actively looking for them through various channels (job boards, job fairs, network events, social media campaigns, referral campaigns, etc.)
- You will proactively create and maintain a network of IT-professionals, more specifically IT support profiles, IT infrastructure project managers, IT infrastructure architects and network, security, system and cloud engineers.
- You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. This means that you will screen and interview candidates. You will also make sure technical tests or screenings are planned. And after you have found the ideal match, you will execute the rate negotiation or work out a salary package for the candidate.
- Finally, you will participate in various initiatives, projects and events that improve our operations and enable us to attract candidates in a creative way.
