This includes everything from prospecting and client acquisition to candidate intake, the search process, and successfully closing placements, which means that you get a lot of responsibilities within this challenging job.So what do we expect from you?Hunting & FarmingAs a Senior Perm Recruiter, you are fully autonomous in driving the growth of your (client) portfolio, encompassing both new and existing clients.You handle contract negotiations and collaboratively define the most efficient selection process with your client within the agreed budget.You maintain relationships with clients and contacts at all levels of the organization.You report on your sales efforts to management, ensuring minimal reporting with maximum insight.RecruitmentYou are fully responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Which includes vacancy intake in collaboration with the client up to closing the vacancy by filling the position at the client.You generate and manage applicant flow through various channels (website, LinkedIn, etc.).You validate CVs, conduct phone and face-to-face screenings with candidates, and draft interview reports.You present candidates to clients and closely monitor the process through to the candidate’s “closing.”

This means that you will screen and interview candidates. You will also make sure technical tests or screenings are planned.
