your job
- Provide technical leadership to one or multiple squads, aligning business stakeholders with the right technical solution for strategic business objectives.
- Define the implementation of technology based on industry best practices, focusing on code quality and technical debt reduction, and translate this into a technical roadmap.
- Guide the software delivery community on technical designs, supporting the refinement of high-level architecture.
- Create and promote best practices around (re)use and quality standards within the technical domain.
- Provide high-level technical designs, maintain and expand technical knowledge, and share insights with the development community.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture to define application architecture for new applications.
your profile
- Understanding the client's mission, objectives, and organizational structure.
- A senior expert in at least one technical domain, with a deep understanding of technology related to the domain.
- Up to date with technology stacks (e.g., programming languages, tools) and able to integrate them into innovation initiatives.
- Proven experience working on complex assignments with a broad perspective on software development and delivery.
- Ability to define improvements in processes and organizational structures to optimize the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Problem Solving:
  - Manage scope and risk during technical delivery.
  - Resolve complex technical challenges the development teams can't solve, defining best practices on code quality and implementation.
  - Drive innovation by leveraging technology capabilities to meet business objectives.
  Nature & Area of Impact:
  - A leader in their technical area, influencing cost reduction and revenue generation through platform optimization and automation.
  - Shape the digital technology roadmap to support the evolution of a successful digital software company.
  - Directly impact the speed and quality of delivery across the organization.
  Interactions / Interpersonal Skills:
  - Strong network within and outside of the organization.
  - Translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and challenge both technical teams and stakeholders.
  - Influence other departments in the Software Delivery Life Cycle and facilitate conversations with senior management on technology and process decisions.
- Minimal Requirements:
  - Strong communication skills.
  - At least 8 years of development experience, with 3 years in a senior development role.
  - A strong theoretical background in software development practices.
  - Deep technical knowledge in at least one development area (programming language, CI/CD, infrastructure, product stack, etc.).
  - Relevant certifications depending on the domain (e.g., LSA certification in Pega).
  - Strong analytical skills and experience in design thinking.
- Nice to Have:
  - Familiarity with technologies within the same ecosystem.
  - Experience in telecommunications or similar domains.
