Your tasks:

• Implement ServiceNow solutions/projects within Randstad Digital and our customers and perform with a high autonomy level
• Maintain and enhance ServiceNow platform capabilities in line with industry and ServiceNow best practices
• Advise customers, colleagues and team members on how to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes
• Work closely with other consultants or internal employees to maximize value and ROI
• Provide proactive mentoring and coaching to the junior consultants and consultants who are cross-skilling and upskilling within the ServiceNow technology
• Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practices.
• Stay informed on the latest technical developments within the ServiceNow technology by attending events, webinars, classes…

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience in ServiceNow
• CSA certification
• CAD or any CIS certification
• ITIL 4 foundation certification
• Basic knowledge of Javascript, HTML and CSS
• fluency in dutch and english

Preferable qualifications

• Experience of building integrations between ServiceNow and third party applications (SAP, workday)
• Experience with configuring demo instances within DemoHub
• Understanding of AI, Gen AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform
• French language proficiency is a plus
