As a Functional Analyst, you'll work with one of our clients, serving as the go-to person for all their functional needs.

• With your technical insight, strategic mindset, and strong communication skills, you effortlessly bridge the gap between business and IT.
• You always keep a close eye on the scope of the project, distinguishing between main priorities and minor details.
• Throughout the project, you maintain strong collaboration with the development team, answering their questions and ensuring the quality of the delivered work.
• You oversee the development and testing of functionalities as described in the user stories.
• In the final phase, you also guide key users through the acceptance tests.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in functional analysis.
• You feel right at home in both waterfall and/or agile environments.
• You gather and analyze customer needs with precision.
• Creating user stories and wireframes comes naturally to you. You’re also familiar with UML, use cases, web services, and interfaces.
• You have experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus.
• TOGAF and Sparx EA are not new to you.
• You have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail and quality—without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• You’re proactive, assertive, and stress-resistant.
• You hold a certification in CBAP, BPMN, and/or ISTQB.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus.
